Microsoft 365, set up for the company you are now.
Many companies in Bali either start Microsoft 365 without a plan, or are sold a corporate-scale setup they do not need yet. We help you set it up properly, or straighten out what you already have, at a size that fits.

What we help with
- New company setup. Domain, company accounts, the right plan per role, email, shared files, and a simple join/leave routine.
- Review of an existing tenant. Who is admin, which licences are paid for but unused, how people sign in, and where files actually live.
- Security baseline. Two-step verification for everyone, separate admin accounts, and sign-in rules where your plan supports them.
- Email and domain. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set correctly so your email reaches inboxes and your domain is harder to spoof.
- Files in SharePoint and Teams. A structure owned by the company, not by whoever created the folder, with access that matches roles.
- Moving in. From Google Workspace, personal Gmail, or another provider, when moving is actually worth it.
- Devices, when the time comes. Managing laptops and phones once headcount or risk calls for it.
Sized to what you need
Microsoft 365 feels expensive mostly when everything is bought at once. Not everyone needs the top plan: many staff only use email, Teams, and web apps, while finance or management may need desktop Office or device management. Business plans can be mixed per person. We recommend what fits today and what to add later, even when that means a smaller plan.
Getting started without the hurdles
For a new or mid-sized company, simply getting Microsoft 365 can be the hardest part: registration steps, payment by credit card, and resellers that ask for a minimum number of users. We take that off your plate.
- Registration handled. We set up the tenant, verify your domain, and create the first accounts.
- No minimum order. Start with one user and add more as the team grows.
- Invoice in Rupiah. Pay by bank transfer, no credit card needed.
- A one-page website, free. If your company has no website yet and you arrange Microsoft 365 through us, we build a simple one-page site. Domain and hosting are discussed separately.
Migration
Moving email and files is where most of the risk sits, so we plan it before touching anything.
- From: Google Workspace, personal Gmail or Outlook accounts, hosting email (cPanel and similar), or another Microsoft 365 tenant.
- What moves: mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and files, with folder access set by role.
- How: an inventory first, a test with a few users, then the switch on an agreed date, so email keeps flowing during the move.
- After: old accounts closed or kept read-only, and staff shown where things are now.
How we work
- A short conversation about your team, the tools in use, and what is not working.
- A review of the current setup, or a plan for a new one.
- A prioritised list: what to fix now, what can wait, and what it costs.
- Build or fix, by us or by your team with clear guidance.
- Hand-over: admin access, documentation, and the join/leave checklist stay with the company.
Questions
Which plan does a small company need?
Decide per role, not per company. Email-and-Teams users, desktop-Office users, and people whose devices must be managed often need different plans.
Our Microsoft 365 is messy. Do we have to start over?
Usually not. A review finds the important gaps, and most can be fixed in place.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. Start with one user, pay by invoice in Rupiah, and add users as the team grows.
Should we choose Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
It depends on how your team works. Our guide Google Workspace or Microsoft 365? walks through the questions that usually decide it.
