Founder of DT-TEKNO. More than fifteen years in IT, across corporate environments and small and medium businesses. That experience shapes how DT-TEKNO works: as an advisor that starts from the problem, especially for new companies still finding their footing.
Back to what IT is for
IT stands for information technology. Rivo’s view is that it should return to that essence: technology that helps people get the right information. Not more tools for their own sake, but information people can act on.
Four qualities of good information
- Accurate. Correct, and from a source you can trace.
- Relevant. It matters to the decision in front of you.
- Timely. It arrives while it is still useful.
- Fast. Available without friction, without retyping or chasing.
Why this matters more with AI
AI makes it easy to produce answers that sound right. As more information is generated, abstracted, and summarised, telling what is true from what is merely plausible gets harder and blurrier. Good systems keep the source and the reasoning visible instead of hiding them.
How DT-TEKNO works
A low-friction, simple approach. Fewer moving parts, systems that are connected so information flows once instead of being copied by hand, and a setup the team can actually maintain.
- Problem first, then discovery, then advice.
- Start from the tools the company already uses.
- Simple and low friction over complex and impressive.
- Connected systems with one source of truth.
- No preferred vendor.
